We believe trust is built through transparency. OakenArk regularly shares work-in-progress photos, needle-felting details, studio snapshots, and finished pieces photographed in everyday lighting on Reddit and our social channels.

Each piece is individually shaped, needle-felted, detailed, and finished by hand. Because of this process, small differences in expression, proportions, wool texture, and detail placement are natural.

You can also view customer photos and unboxing posts to see how our creations look outside a studio setting. For an authentic OakenArk piece, please purchase only through our official website or our Etsy shop, OakenArkFelt.

OakenArk develops its own character concepts, samples, styling, written content, and product photography.

Animal subjects, seasonal themes, and traditional needle-felting techniques may naturally appear across the wider handmade community. However, our original photographs, written content, distinctive character details, and product presentation may not be copied or reused without permission.

Unfortunately, product photographs and design elements are sometimes copied, altered, or displayed by unrelated sellers. If you see an OakenArk photograph on another website, it does not mean that the seller is authorized by us.

Most OakenArk wool felt pieces are individually made after an order is placed rather than taken from a warehouse shelf.

Needle felting is a gradual process. Each character must be shaped, compacted, detailed, surface-finished, and checked for quality by hand. Depending on the design, this may require thousands of careful needle movements.

Most handmade wool felt products require approximately 5–10 business days before shipping. This production period is separate from the estimated delivery time.

We believe a decorative keepsake or collectible should be made carefully rather than rushed.

Not necessarily. Tracking may pause while a package is moving between major carrier facilities, passing through customs, being transferred to a local delivery partner, or waiting for the next physical scan.

Tracking may also take approximately 24–72 hours to begin updating after a shipping label is created.

For international orders, updates may be less frequent during customs processing or carrier handoffs. If tracking has not changed for more than seven business days, or your package has passed the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@oakenark.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

We genuinely want you to be happy with your OakenArk piece.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the concern
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant
  

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a repair, remake, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Because most of our pieces are handmade to order, we do not generally accept automatic change-of-mind returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us. In most cases, we will listen carefully, review the circumstances, and work with you toward a fair and practical solution.

Many existing OakenArk characters can be customized with selected colors, clothing details, expressions, flowers, name tags, or small accessories.

Please contact us before ordering when the requested change is important to your purchase. You may also leave your request in the order-notes field, but order notes are treated as requests and are not guaranteed until confirmed by OakenArk.

Availability depends on the design, materials, production schedule, and technical feasibility. Additional fees or production time may apply.

We consider selected custom commissions based on personal ideas, meaningful stories, special occasions, or reference photographs that you own or have permission to use.

• A description of your idea
• Your preferred size
• Desired colors, expression, clothing, or accessories
• Your own reference photographs or visual inspiration
• Any important date or deadline
  

We cannot reproduce another independent artist’s design or create an unauthorized copy of a copyrighted commercial character.

For quality, hygiene, and technical reasons, we also do not accept customer-supplied pet fur, human hair, feathers, ashes, untreated fibers, or other biological materials.

After reviewing the request, we will confirm whether the project is feasible and provide an estimated price and production schedule. A sketch or preview photograph will only be included when agreed as part of the custom-order process.

Every OakenArk piece is individually handmade, so small variations in expression, proportions, wool texture, color placement, and detail positioning are natural.

These differences are not considered defects when the piece substantially matches the selected design, description, dimensions, and overall appearance. They are part of what makes each handmade character unique.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, OakenArk felt figurines are designed as decorative keepsakes and collectibles rather than ordinary children’s toys.

Some designs may contain internal wire, small accessories, beads, bells, buttons, hanging cords, or delicate details. Keep them away from babies, young children, and pets, and use adult supervision whenever children handle a piece.

Preview photographs may be available for eligible custom or highly personalized orders when agreed before production.

Standard made-to-order products do not automatically include a preview. If receiving a preview is important to you, please contact us before placing the order.

A preview is intended to confirm the overall design and agreed details. Significant changes requested after approval may require additional production time and fees.
