FAQs
We pride ourselves on 100% transparency. If you want to see the "soul" behind the work, search for "OakenArk" on Reddit, where we share needle-felting techniques, tips, and behind-the-scenes progress. You can also follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. We regularly post unedited, raw phone photos of our finished pieces and customer "unboxing" pictures so you can see exactly what our art looks like in real-life lighting, without the professional studio filters used by scammers.
Unlike industrial products that sit on a warehouse shelf, every OakenArk friend is individually handmade to order. Needle felting is a slow, meditative art form that requires thousands of precise stabs to create a sturdy, soulful sculpture. We believe that quality art shouldn't be rushed. This "slow-made" process ensures that your piece is a unique heirloom, not a disposable toy.
Don't worry! "Sketchy" tracking is often caused by two things: local weather and logistics sync. Heavy snow or wind can occasionally delay scans at our local postal hubs. Also, our shipping partner’s system sometimes takes 24-48 hours to fully sync with the USPS network. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, I promise to investigate and ensure you are taken care of.
Your happiness is my absolute priority. If your item arrives crushed by the mail or if you feel the facial features aren't as "sweet" as you expected, please send me a photo. If it’s not up to my high standards, I will remake it for you from scratch. I stand behind every stitch and every whisker I create.
Absolutely! Customization is the heart of what I do. Whether it’s a specific color for a scarf or a flower that holds special meaning (like our "Poppy" memorial mice), I love hearing your stories. Simply leave your requests in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. I will do my best to bring your vision to life.
Yes, absolutely! I love bringing unique visions to life. To start the process, please email me with a detailed description of what you have in mind. It is very helpful if you can provide reference materials such as movie characters, book illustrations, or photos. Please also specify the desired size. Once I have these details, I will provide a design sketch and a time estimate for your project. After we agree on the pricing, I will begin creating your one-of-a-kind masterpiece!
