A quiet afternoon by the river, captured in wool. This little fishing sprite sits patiently on a mossy log, dressed in a tall moss-green pointed hat and soft earth-toned clothing while holding a slender fishing rod beside the water. Its relaxed seated pose, rounded features, and muted woodland palette give the piece a calm character that feels at home on a bookshelf, desk, or nature-inspired display.

Each sprite is individually needle-felted from natural wool, so subtle differences in expression, proportions, hat shape, and surface texture naturally make every piece its own. A thoughtful keepsake for anglers, outdoor lovers, and anyone who appreciates the quieter side of nature. For another woodland character with a sense of adventure, discover our Mushroom Explorer Felt Figurine.

  • Identity: Fishing Sprite

The fishing rod and line are decorative accessory elements. Delivered in 100% plastic-free, compostable packaging.
  • Dimensions: Approximately 10 cm / 3.94 in tall. Its seated proportions make it well suited to desks, bookshelves, reading corners, nature-inspired displays, and small decorative arrangements.
  • Design Details: A seated woodland sprite wearing a tall moss-green pointed hat, soft oatmeal-toned top, and muted green trousers, holding a slender fishing rod while resting on a mossy log. Rounded ears, a softly shaped face, and an earthy natural palette give the character a calm riverside personality.
  • Best For: Fishing gifts, gifts for anglers, Father's Day gifts, birthday gifts, gifts for him, gifts for friends, outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers, desk décor, bookshelves, cabins, reading corners, and woodland character collections.
  • Please Note: Each figurine is individually handmade, so slight differences in expression, proportions, hat shape, clothing placement, fishing rod position, wool tone, and surface texture are natural. The fishing rod and line are delicate decorative details and should be handled gently. This piece is intended as decorative collectible art rather than a children's toy.

FAQs

We believe trust is built through transparency. OakenArk regularly shares work-in-progress photos, needle-felting details, studio snapshots, and finished pieces photographed in everyday settings on Reddit and our social channels.

Each piece is individually shaped, needle-felted, detailed, and finished by hand. Small differences in expression, proportions, wool texture, and detail placement are therefore natural.

You can also view customer photos and unboxing posts to see how our creations look outside a studio setting. Authentic OakenArk pieces are available through oakenark.com and our Etsy shop, OakenArkFelt.

OakenArk develops its own character concepts, samples, styling, written content, and product photography.

Animal subjects, seasonal themes, and traditional needle-felting techniques naturally appear across the wider handmade community, but our original photographs, written content, distinctive character details, and product presentation may not be copied or reused without permission.

Our official sales channels include oakenark.com and OakenArkFelt on Etsy. If you are unsure about another listing, send the link or a screenshot to support@oakenark.com.

Most OakenArk wool felt pieces are individually made after an order is placed. Standard handmade felt products generally require approximately 5–10 business days of processing time before dispatch.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected.

Ready-to-ship or non-felt products may have shorter processing times. Please check the individual product page and our Shipping & Delivery Information for current estimates.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

Every OakenArk piece is individually handmade, so small variations in expression, proportions, wool texture, color placement, and detail positioning are natural.

These differences are not considered defects when the piece substantially matches the selected design, description, dimensions, and overall appearance. They are part of the individual character of handmade work.

Unless an individual product page expressly states otherwise, OakenArk felt figurines are designed as decorative keepsakes and collectibles, not as ordinary children's toys.

Some designs may contain internal supports, small accessories, beads, bells, buttons, hanging cords, or delicate details.

In nurseries or children's rooms, display them securely outside cribs, bassinets, play yards, changing surfaces, and the reach of babies and young children. Do not use decorative figurines as toys, teethers, sleep items, or sensory-play objects unless the specific product expressly states that it is intended for that use.

Preview photographs may be available for eligible custom or highly personalized orders when agreed before production.

Standard made-to-order products do not automatically include a preview. If a preview is important to you, please contact us before ordering.

A preview is intended to confirm the overall design and agreed details. Significant changes requested after approval may require additional production time and fees.

Step-by-step guide for using the wooden display stand included with some OakenArk figurines

Some figurines may include a small wooden display stand to help them stand securely. Not every figurine requires one, so a stand may not be included with every order. If your order includes one, please follow the guide above.
