OakenArk develops its own character concepts, samples, styling, written content, and product photography.

Animal subjects, seasonal themes, and traditional needle-felting techniques naturally appear across the wider handmade community, but our original photographs, written content, distinctive character details, and product presentation may not be copied or reused without permission.

Most OakenArk wool felt pieces are individually made after an order is placed. Standard handmade felt products generally require approximately 5–10 business days of processing time before dispatch.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected.

Ready-to-ship or non-felt products may have shorter processing times. Please check the individual product page and our Shipping & Delivery Information for current estimates.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Every OakenArk piece is individually handmade, so small variations in expression, proportions, wool texture, color placement, and detail positioning are natural.

Unless an individual product page expressly states otherwise, OakenArk felt figurines are designed as decorative keepsakes and collectibles, not as ordinary children's toys.

Some designs may contain internal supports, small accessories, beads, bells, buttons, hanging cords, or delicate details.

In nurseries or children's rooms, display them securely outside cribs, bassinets, play yards, changing surfaces, and the reach of babies and young children. I am so incredibly sorry to hear that your new little friend didn't meet your expectations and that it is having trouble standing up!

Because our figurines are handcrafted entirely from wool, they can sometimes shift slightly during transit. A quick little tip: you can gently adjust or wiggle the legs and the tail together, using the tail as a tripod support along with the feet. Once the legs and tail cooperate, it should stand up beautifully for you!
