Undercover Cat and Tree Felt Figurine

A Christmas tree. A curious cat. You know the rest.

$98.00
/

A golden star, colorful baubles, and one guest who has made himself rather too comfortable. Undercover Cat captures a ginger-and-cream cat disappearing into a Christmas tree, leaving only a rounded bottom, a curved striped tail and two little paws on show. Cream wool garlands wind around the deep green tree, while tiny pink paw pads give the game away.

Handcrafted from natural wool, this cat and tree form one fixed piece, preserving a moment any cat lover will recognize. Give it to the friend whose cat always gets involved in decorating, or bring it out each December as part of your own Christmas tradition. The small red gift decoration shown is included. For another familiar scene of feline mischief, meet our Bauble Trouble Cat Felt Figurine, available separately.

  • Identity: Undercover Cat, a curious little intruder in a fully decorated Christmas tree.
  • Material: Cat, tree, star and baubles crafted from 100% Natural Wool Felt, with twisted wool garlands. Presented in plastic-free packaging.
  • Dimensions: Approximately 12 cm / 4.72 in in overall height, measured from the base to the top of the star.
  • Design Details: A deep green tree topped with a golden star, round multicolored baubles and cream twisted wool garlands. A ginger-and-cream cat is tucked into the tree, with its rounded hindquarters, curved striped tail and pink paw pads visible. Cat and tree are fixed together and cannot be separated. A small red gift decoration completes the scene and is included.
  • Best For: Christmas gifts for cat lovers, friends with mischievous pets, and collectors of playful handmade holiday decorations.
  • Please Note: Includes one fixed cat-and-tree figurine and the small red gift decoration shown. The cat and tree cannot be separated. The red gift is a decorative accessory, not a packaging box. No assembly is required. Subtle variations in shape, color placement and wool texture reflect the handmade process. This is a decorative collectible, not a toy. Keep out of reach of young children and pets.
  • Display: Place on a dry, stable surface. Support the base and tree body when moving; do not lift by the star, garlands, cat’s tail or legs.
  • Gentle Clean: Use a clean, dry, soft brush to remove dust gently. Avoid rubbing the small baubles and paw pads.
  • Avoid Moisture: Do not wash, soak or wipe with a wet cloth. Keep away from damp areas and prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Storage: Store in a clean, dry box with room around the star, tail and paws. Avoid compressing the wool garlands.
  • Fiber Maintenance: If a stray fiber appears, carefully trim only the loose tip with small scissors. Do not pull on the wool or attempt to separate the cat from the tree.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $60 USD.
  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days. Since our items are handcrafted to order, we need this time to ensure the highest quality before shipping.
  • Delivery Time: 3–14 business days worldwide, depending on your location.

What is the display stand that may come with my figurine?
Step-by-step guide for using the wooden display stand included with some OakenArk figurines

Some figurines may include a small wooden display stand to help them stand securely. Not every figurine requires one, so a stand may not be included with every order. If your order includes one, please follow the guide above.

Are OakenArk felt figurines toys?

Unless an individual product page expressly states otherwise, OakenArk felt figurines are designed as decorative keepsakes and collectibles, not as ordinary children's toys.

Some designs may contain internal supports, small accessories, beads, bells, buttons, hanging cords, or delicate details.

In nurseries or children's rooms, display them securely outside cribs, bassinets, play yards, changing surfaces, and the reach of babies and young children. Do not use decorative figurines as toys, teethers, sleep items, or sensory-play objects unless the specific product expressly states that it is intended for that use.

Can I customize colors or add special accessories?

Many existing OakenArk characters can be customized with selected colors, clothing details, expressions, flowers, name tags, or small accessories.

If a requested change is important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering. Order notes may be used for simple requests, but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed by OakenArk.

Availability depends on the design, materials, production schedule, and technical feasibility. Additional fees or production time may apply.

Can I request a completely custom design based on my own idea?

Yes, we consider selected custom commissions based on personal ideas, meaningful stories, special occasions, or reference photographs that you own or have permission to use.

Email support@oakenark.com with your idea, preferred size, colors, expression, key details, reference images, and any important date.

We cannot reproduce another independent artist's design or create an unauthorized copy of a protected commercial character. We also do not accept customer-supplied pet fur, human hair, feathers, ashes, or other biological materials.

After reviewing your request, we will confirm feasibility, pricing, and an estimated production schedule.

Will I receive a preview photo before my order ships?

Preview photographs may be available for eligible custom or highly personalized orders when agreed before production.

Standard made-to-order products do not automatically include a preview. If a preview is important to you, please contact us before ordering.

A preview is intended to confirm the overall design and agreed details. Significant changes requested after approval may require additional production time and fees.

Why doesn’t my piece look exactly identical to the product photos?

Every OakenArk piece is individually handmade, so small variations in expression, proportions, wool texture, color placement, and detail positioning are natural.

These differences are not considered defects when the piece substantially matches the selected design, description, dimensions, and overall appearance. They are part of the individual character of handmade work.

How do I know these pieces are authentically handmade rather than mass-produced?

We believe trust is built through transparency. OakenArk regularly shares work-in-progress photos, needle-felting details, studio snapshots, and finished pieces photographed in everyday settings on Reddit and our social channels.

Each piece is individually shaped, needle-felted, detailed, and finished by hand. Small differences in expression, proportions, wool texture, and detail placement are therefore natural.

You can also view customer photos and unboxing posts to see how our creations look outside a studio setting. Authentic OakenArk pieces are available through oakenark.com and our Etsy shop, OakenArkFelt.

Are your designs original? I saw similar items on other websites.

OakenArk develops its own character concepts, samples, styling, written content, and product photography.

Animal subjects, seasonal themes, and traditional needle-felting techniques naturally appear across the wider handmade community, but our original photographs, written content, distinctive character details, and product presentation may not be copied or reused without permission.

Our official sales channels include oakenark.com and OakenArkFelt on Etsy. If you are unsure about another listing, send the link or a screenshot to support@oakenark.com.
